Introducing SafePlace
Note added 2026-09-09. This post is from February and is kept as it was written. Some of it has moved on since: SafePlace now also runs on macOS, Windows and Android, premium is a real subscription rather than a plan, rotation gives a fresh server on each connect rather than once a day, and the places on offer are whatever has a working server behind it — the app is the only honest list. What has not moved: we do not log what passes through the tunnel. The current picture is on the roadmap and at safeplace.space.
SafePlace is a managed VPN: every server it connects to is one we build, run and pay for. Nothing to set up, nothing to import — you just connect.
Why we built it
Standard VPNs get blocked. ISPs use deep packet inspection (DPI) to identify and throttle VPN traffic. SafePlace uses advanced transport protocols that look like regular HTTPS traffic to network observers.
What makes it different
- Anti-DPI technology — REALITY encryption with XHTTP transport
- Automatic fallback — if direct connection is blocked, traffic routes through Cloudflare
- Zero logs — we don't track what you do, period
- Server rotation — automatic 24-hour rotation for better privacy

SafePlace is available on iOS with servers in Germany and Finland. Android is on the roadmap.
