In short
The service is for adults (18+); the apps are rated 18+ in the App Store and Google Play. Use the service lawfully: no illegal activity, no malware, no abuse of the network. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought inside the iOS or Android app and billed by Apple or Google Play at the price the store shows in your country. You cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account, and only that store can refund it. We do not sell subscriptions on our websites.
Limitation of liability
DuosDigitos LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The full wording and the governing law (Republic of Armenia) are in the SafePlace Terms of Use linked above.
